Your Wearable Warranty

The warranty is 6 months. Please see our warranty and return policy.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your product or change your mind, then please contact our customer service team to arrange a return within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition.

Package Contents

Each package contains the wearable, the charging cable and a user manual.

Charging Your Watch

When you first receive your Zukor wearable, make sure you fully charge it (approx. 2.5hrs).

Plug the USB end of the charging cable into the USB socket or charger. Then connect the two dots on the end of the charging cable with the two dots on the back of the watch face. Once clipped in correctly, the watch face will light up and show the watch as “charging”.

Turn On Your Watch

Before turning it on, make sure your watch is charged. To turn on your watch, press the button on the right-hand side of your watch. To turn off your watch, press the same button on its right side to wake the watch.

Zukor Smartwatches Apps

Zukor’s smartwatches are compatible with the following apps: Da Fit, H Band, Very Fit. These apps are available on Android and iOS smartphones.

Are Zukor Smartwatches Waterproof?

Yes, all Zukor smartwatches are waterproof (IP67 Rating) up to 1m.

Please note: The smartwatches are protected against short periods of immersion in water while under pressure between 15cm and 1m.

Battery Life

Battery life is different for each model and may vary depending on what functions are being used and how often. However, a fully charged Zukor smartwatch should last a few days in standby mode.

Portable Chargers

You can use a portable charger to charge your Zukor wearables as long as it is compatible with the USB charging port.

My Zukor Smartwatch Won't Charge

1. Make sure you use the original charging cable, power adapter, and cradle or dock. A different cable or power adapter may damage your watch.

2. Make sure that you’ve removed all of the plastic packaging on your watch.

3. Make sure the charging pins on the watch and cradle or dock are clean. You can wipe them with a slightly damp soft cloth.

4. Make sure the charging pins aren't bent.

5. Check if there's any dust in the micro USB port. Blow on the port gently to remove any dust.

If those are not successful, turn on your watch while it's connected to the power adapter. Allow your watch to charge for 15 minutes, then turn the watch off and on again.

If that still does not work, use a different power outlet and repeat.

If you have taken all those steps and the wearable still does not charge, please contact our customer support team.

Missing Notifications

Firstly, check the settings on your watch and make sure that notifications are turned on. If notifications are turned on, then restart your watch. If you are having further difficulties, please contact our customer support team.
